Where: 61735 Airport Rd., Slidell, LA 70460 (Corner of Airport Rd. and Meadows Blvd.)
Why: New Fire Station 18
Citizens of Slidell and St. Tammany Parish are invited to a ground breaking ceremony for the new Fire Station 18. Grading and site preparation for the new fire station will begin later this month. The $1.4 million project is being funded by the tax payers and will bring a much needed fire station to the area.
