St. Tammany Fire District No. 1 would like to invite the Media to a Christmas tree burn Demonstration.
On Tuesday, December 4, 2012, St. Tammany Fire District #1 will have a Christmas tree burn demonstration. The demonstration will take place at St. Tammany Fire District #1’s Training Academy located at 34780 South Range Rd. on the Army National Guard base at Camp Villere at 1pm. The purpose of the burn is to show the fire danger of how quickly a Christmas tree can burn if not cared for properly.
