Notice is hereby given that the St. Tammany Fire Protection District No. 1, Slidell, LA, will select a Fiscal Agent for the period of January 1, 2014, through December 31, 2017, at its regular meeting to be held at the Towers Building, 520 Old Spanish Trail, Fifth Floor, Slidell, LA, 70458, on Tuesday, October 15, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. The agenda item will be captioned “Request for Proposal for Fiscal Agency.” The deadline for responding to the Request for Proposal is as follows:

The St. Tammany Fire Protection District No. 1 (the Fire District) is requesting proposals from financial institutions (Banks) to provide financial services to the Fire District. Sealed proposals will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on October 15, 2013, at the Headquarters of the St. Tammany Fire Protection District No. 1, 1358 Corporate Square Boulevard, Slidell, LA, 70458, but must be received by the above referenced time. The term of this contract will be for three years from the Initial Date of Contract, which shall be January 1, 2014.
All Proposals must be made in strict compliance with the applicable laws of the State of Louisiana, including Revised Statutes 39:1211 through 39:1235, et seq. The minimum requirements for the fiscal agent and a complete copy of the specifications for the “Request for Proposal for the Fiscal Agency” are available on request from the St. Tammany Fire Protection District No. 1, 1358 Corporate Square Boulevard, Slidell, LA, 70458. The Fire District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
